Latest project using CADCAM. from idea to completed diamond and whitegold ring.
14kt gold, Cultrured pearl and diamond ring. Carved idea in wax, cast in 14kt gold added head for diamond and set stones. Motivation... the beach! Ridgeland HighSchool Titan Jewelry in Sterling Silver. Auctioned some in 14kt for the RHS Booster Drawdown Fundraiser. The booster club gave me permission to use the logo, made a wax pattern and cast in SS and gold.
Tanzanite, Rubies, diamonds and 14kt gold. This client gave me the sketch that his wife drew and I made it.
Client wanted a pave'diamond and heart shaped ruby ring in 14kt white gold.
He new what he wanted in a diamond wedding band. 5 Princess cut diamonds in two-tone 14kt yellow and white gold band. I made three rings. two yellow and one white . Welded them together, cut the channel for the pricness cuts, set stones then finished the white ring with a satin brush finish with the yellow high-polished.
Platinum and diamond anniversary ring. Client simply stated channelset and bezel set "you know like in the magazines!" I made the pieces individually then assembled them. 14kt yellow gold and diamond 'medeteranian look'... again client said.. something like in the magazines... yes'mam. High polished and sandblasted finish. My client for this ring was a dream! Knew what she wanted gave me some direction AND artistic freedom. I sketched 4 or 5 options. She choose this one. 14kt yellow gold and diamonds. Carved wax, cast then set stones channel and bezel set.
This client had a 4ct rnd diamnod with 6,-0.25cts diamonds. "I want to do something simple". Geez with all that bling?!....OK. simple it is. Stones that size leaves nothing but simple! the blue is the wax model I carved and cast in 14kt yellow gold. This project was published in the Stuller Standard. A global jewelry industry supplier newsletter in their custom design section. Large cabachon purple sapphire and 14kt gold.
Another "like the magazines" request. Client had the emerald , diamonds and design idea. I carved the wax model cast in 14kt white gold and set the stones.
Client wanted her baguette rubies and tappered baguette diamonds mounted on her wedding band.
This pair of steeds were made in 14kt yellow gold. I set colorless diamonds, black diamonds, rubies and sapphires. I understand they actually made it to the Derby!
The omega slide was a 'remount'. I used clients stones from other pieces of jewelry and made this one.

The trillian diamond piece was cool to do. Client had two rings one with a large oval stone missing the other a trillian soli. "Make one ring with what I have". OK. a lot of excavation and rebuilding. ..came out pretty good.

The two diamond bands were a matching set... ladies diamond band and mens diamond band. carved in wax, cast and set stones.

The diamond and sapphire band above them was also carved in wax in three pieces. The ring is 18kt yellow gold and the elements that have the square sapphires are 18kt white gold. The 5 stones across are radiant cut diamonds. Pieces were made seperatley then welded together and stones set.

The multi-colored piece was a design idea the client brought to me for a mothers ring . Baguette ruby, citrine, peridot , blue topaz and round diamonds. Carved wax. cast in 14kt gold and set stones.
My client had one pearl earrng. The mate was lost. She wanted me to duplicae the style only instead of pearls wanted Amythest. I excavated the pearl earring and remounting amythest . The other I completely made by hand as a mirror image to the other. Rememebr earrngs have a left and right when they are asymmetrical. Fun project to do and in the rush of Christmas!
